TT Audio OEM Replacement Radios – Warranty Information

Thank you for choosing TT Audio. We are committed to delivering reliable, high-performance Automotive Audio that meet your expectations. This warranty information outlines your rights and our responsibilities should your unit experience any issues during its coverage period.

Important Notice

Please note that this warranty applies only to products purchased and installed by an authorized TT Audio dealer.

Warranty Duration

Our standard warranty is valid for 12 months (365 days) from the original date of purchase.

Some of our products qualify for our extended 36 month warranty.  To extend your warranty, simply register your product on our website. Upon registration, you will receive an additional 24-month warranty, for a total of 36 months of protection.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects or faults in materials or workmanship under normal use within the applicable coverage period.

If your product is found to be:

• Defective
• Hardware and Software Failures
• Firmware updates
• Screen Failures

and it passes our inspection and return procedure, TT Audio will repair or replace the unit at no cost to you.

If the product is inspected and found not to be defective, the return and redelivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

The following issues are not covered under this warranty:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from incorrect use, abuse, or mishandling
• Installation errors or electrical damage
• Impact Induced and Non-Manufacturer screen damage
• Installation that is not done by a certified TT Audio installation centre
• Exposure to water, moisture, or extreme temperatures
• Use of third-party accessories or incompatible components
• Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance
• Products that have been altered, repaired, or modifiedwithout TT Audio’s express authorization

Units that have been tampered with, opened, or serviced by non-authorized personnel are not eligible for warranty service.

Installation Requirement

To ensure optimal performance and warranty eligibility, all TT Audio units must be installed by a qualified and authorised professional installer. Damage resulting from improper installation will void the warranty.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

If your unit appears to be defective:

1. Contact the dealer or fitment center where you originally purchased the unit.
2. A qualified technician will inspect the unit and verify the issue.
3. If the unit qualifies, they will arrange for repair or replacement through our authorized service process.

Shipping & Handling

• Customer is responsible for shipping the product to TT Audio or the service center.
• TT Audio will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced unit back to the customer.

• TT Audio is not responsible for any indirect damages, including vehicle downtime, installation costs, or data loss.
